CHECK-IN : From 12:00 (Midday) - 14:00 or after 16:00. The reception is not active 24hrs a day so it is advisable to telephone us to confirm your arrival time.

CHECK-OUT : Before 10:00am on the day of departure. Based upon the availability of the room it is possible to depart later with an additional payment charged to your account.

BREAKFAST : Served between 08:00 – 10:00 in the restaurant, it is possible to request an earlier time of 07:30 free of charge or before 07:30 with an additional payment charged to your account.

THE RESTAURANT : With table service 3 or 4 times a week, it is possible to book in the morning during breakfast. Full and reduced menus are available. Take-away option is available in order for our clients to dine in the comfort of their own room / accommodation (pre-booking is required for take-away option, also via WhatsApp).

ROOM CLEANING SERVICE : Daily with a towel change every two days; bed linen change once a week. PUT DIRTY TOWELS ON THE FLOOR OR IN THE SINK. More frequent linen changes is available with an additional payment charged to your account.

ROOM ACCESSORIES : Hair dryer, clothes airer. We ask that the clothes airer is not left outside during your absence from your room / accommodation. safe (inside the cabinet drawer) usable with secret code or key

DOMESTIC ANIMALS : Your pets can stay inside your room / accommodation, an additional payment will be charged to your account. It is important to respect house regulations: your pet should not get on the bed, use of the bathroom linen to dry / wash your pet is prohibited. It also prohibited to leave your pet unattended in your room / accommodation.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES : A washing machine is available for use as is an area to dry your belongings.

TAKE-AWAY LUNCH : Available via pre-booking and collected during breakfast dining hours. Clients are requested to book the previous evening, also via WhatsApp.

REFRESHMENT POINT : In the restaurant area a coffee machine is at your disposal as well as a kettle / water boiler for tea and hot drinks.

REFUSE COLLECTION : Outside your room / accommodation you will find containers for non recyclable waste, glass and cans, plastics and paper. Food waste should be taken to staff at the main building during breakfast or evening dining hours.
