RED TABLE WINE
PRODUCER Azienda Agricola Gerperarci – AREA Ogliastra
Wine from weathered granite/limestone soil, with 90% Cannonau and 10% Muristellu grapes.
We harvest our grapes in the last ten days of September and vinify them with long maceration on the skins and controlled fermentation, refined briefly in oak.
The result is a ruby red wine with typical purple reflections and fruity scents, with notes of red fruits and sour cherries. The taste is distinctive, made pleasant by a marked softness.
It goes perfectly with aged and semi-aged cheeses and roasted and braised meats.
WHITE TABLE WINE
PRODUCER Azienda Agricola Gerperarci – AREA Ogliastra
Wine from weathered granite/limestone soil, with 100% Vermentino grapes.
We harvest our grapes in the last ten days of September and vinify them with long maceration on the skins and controlled fermentation, in stainless steel.
The result is an intense straw yellow wine with golden reflections and floral scents with hints of citrus. The taste is distinctive, with notes of bitter almond and yellow apple.
It lends itself well to drinking chilled, as an aperitif. It goes perfectly with fish dishes, fresh or semi-seasoned cheeses, and dry sweets.
